A graduate of the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury Region in Olsztyn. He received the title of a legal counsel in 2013. He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Olsztyn.
He gained professional experience in many commercial law companies, where he worked as a legal counsel, and then as a director of legal departments.
Maciej Lebiedziński advises clients in the aspect of regulated business activities covered by the obligation to obtain licenses and permits. In this respect, Mr Lebiedziński has a unique experience in handling gambling and energy sector projects.
He specialises in commercial and IT contracts. He has drawn up and negotiated numerous contracts covering the implementation of software, the execution and delivery of IT systems as well as the provision of technical support and system maintenance services.
Mr Lebiedzieński is also very knowledgeable in all sorts of matters regarding personal data protection.
