Barrister, Senior Partner
A graduate (with honours) of the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Since 2009, she has been entered on the list of barristers of the Warsaw Bar Association.
She gained experience in renowned Warsaw law offices, working since 1999 as a solicitor, then a legal trainee lawyer and a barrister.
At the Law Office, she handles criminal as well as fiscal and criminal proceedingsand family and guardianship law cases.
Małgorzata Bachmat – Baranowska has many years of experience in handling family, criminal as well as criminal and fiscal matters. She also provides legal assistance in matters concerning the division of property and succession. As part of the services she provides, she represents clients during negotiations in pre-trial proceedings, as well as represents clients in court proceedings. She also participates on behalf of the Law Office’s clients in preparatory proceedings conducted by the law enforcement authorities.
