The Law Office provides on-going services for businesses in the scope of ​​the labour law and social insurance. We support personnel and HR departments of enterprises in their daily work. I.a. we provide legal assistance in the preparation and implementation of individual dismissals, lay-offs and modifications of work and remuneration conditions.

We provide legal assistance to employees at every stage of their employment, both at its beginning as well as its termination, including during disputes with the employer. We carry out audits regarding the labour law, in particular concerning the issues of working time, remuneration, regulations, etc.
