A graduate of the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and of the Postgraduate Studies in Real-estates’ Appraisal at the Department of Land-surveying and Cartography of the Warsaw University of Technology. Since 2009, he has been entered on the list of barristers of the Warsaw Bar Association.
Hegained experience in renowned Warsaw law offices, working since 1998 as a solicitor, and then as a legal trainee and a barrister.
Krzysztof Łada specialises in providing on-going services to business entities, advising clients on civil, labour and administrative matters. He deals with intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on the protection of industrial property. He has an extensive experience in legal aspects of the construction process as well as matters related to urban planning and development.
He represents both entrepreneurs and natural persons in court disputes, in administrative as well as court and administrative proceedings. He has represented clients in disputes before the Polish Patent Office several times.
